Sydney's 1st Trip to Alabama....

Sydney is Jason's Sister's daughter who is 16 and lives in Vacaville, CA. She came to visit us for a week on her spring break and we had a blast, she bundles of fun energy!!

Had to make a pit stop and eat some Chan's food of course!

This is the beginning of our two hour road trip for a night to Atlanta.

Syd listened to music and played on facebook the whole ride and we listened to the book, "Lincoln Lawyer"(fyi...Great!!!).

Syd and I were twinkies(matching twins if anyone doesnt understand.....like DANIELLE!!!) we both had braids!

We went to Atlanta to spend a day at the Aquarium and it was so big and awesome!!

Of course while she was her us girls did some sun bathing poolside!

This wasnt suppose to be in here, but its from my last post of my projects...lol!!

This was the end resolute after cutting....isnt she cute as can be!!!!!!

Syd had super long hair when she came and we decided to make a fun change and cut almost 5 inches off(and yes her mother knew about it).
And again I am sorry cause these last ones are in the wrong order....this is before cut!!!!

But Syd it was great fun to have u, we cant wait for ya to come back soon!!!!

I bought two of these frames at the Antique mall and painted them and sanded them to have that rustic look.

Made this flower and added it to the lamp....gives it some fun flavor!

Also a antique mall purchase. Painted it and added fun cute new knobs!!

I have been decorating our guest bedroom and I have been trying to be creative to give me some fun projects to work on. We have had this huge plain bulletin board so I figured everyone else has been covering them and making them cute.....so can I!!!

I bought this old stool used at a antique mall(as u can tell I loved the place, they had everything and great cheap prices). I added the fabric and padded, painted and then sanded it to look rustic(but u can't really tell in this pic).

These are the curtains I bought for the room. They are a light green and they are a little different. They have pick ups like on wedding dresses(the fabric gathers together all over). I thought it was cool and girlie!!!

This was the same fabric I covered the stool with(got it from hobby lobby....best store ever!!). Then just added fun ribbon

Then got crown molding and cut it to make it into a frame. It was fun and definitely exciting and new(little bit of a fun challenge).

My finish project....I added some cute buttons and flowers to the ribbon where it touched but u can't see it!

Well I have been slacking lately and not been keeping all my pictures updated, I apologize!!! Sooooo here goes a ton of stuff you may have missed.....

My Cousin Denise from California came to visit us in Birmingham, She came in September for about a week and we had a blast together.......we did lots of girly stuff.....you know manicures, pedicures facials and girly movies!!!!

Jason took Denise to her first Alabama football game(I had to work...booooo) but they had fun!

Another fun thing we did while she was here was take a painting class, I had done it before and loved it. We turned out to be quite the artists!!! lol!

Jason's Birthday was in November and we rented a small cute little cabin a few hours away from our house. It was a short and sweet birthday trip!

The cabin had a real wood burning fireplace and we kept it going the whole time....it actually turned out to be super cold while we were there so it was perfect!!! Jason said the fireplace was his favorite part!

This was on Thanksgiving, Jason craved the turkey.....and as you can see was extremely excited about that!!!

After turkey we did our traditional guitar hero wars and then did this new "just dance" stuff.....just have to say hilarious(can't remember the last time Jason made me laugh so hard I cried)!!!!!!LOL!!

And of course Christmas Eve at the Robert's in Nashville. We were all helping Santa put together the gifts.....

.....and as you can see Jason was just loving every minute of it!!!

Florida trip for Micheal Buble concert

So for my birthday in May I opened an envelope with Michael Buble Concerts ticket in it....but the concert wasn't until July 13th in Pensacola Florida. It was a short 2 day trip and only 4 hours away from where we live(which is nice). We invited a few friends to join us since we rented a 3 bedroom condo on the beach.....the condo was beautiful and so was the beach!!! LOVE the beach and the white sand!!!!

California trip for Grandpa Milt's Funeral....

Last week I was in California for a week, my Grandfather Milt Willmore past away. The ceremony was very special, lots of great stories of his many adventures and all of our family from both far and near came to show how much he is loved, it was beautiful! He was a great man that everyone looked up to and loved deeply. He will be missed greatly, but he is in heaven now where he belongs.

I am just going to warn you now......I posted a ton of pictures from our week together.

I arrived home late to my husband who was extremely grateful to have me home.....cute surprise Jason.....thanks!! I love you too!!

Our Vegas Trip....

Jason and I just recently got back from a week spent in Las Vegas for our Vacation. We had a great relaxing time together!!

This was at the Wynn hotel(the newest one) after we went to a show called Le Reve...it was one of my favorites!!

This was our first night out went to an amazing dinner at "Cut", it's a wolf gang puck restaurant. And after went to see Phantom of the Opera....loved it!!!!

We stayed at the Venetian and this was in the hotel mall area...beautiful..huh!!!

This was our amazing room, we loved it!! It was so big.......the best room ever!!! Would totally refer someone to the Venetian!

On November 19th was my husband's big birthday.....Happy Birthday, Baby!! It turned out he had his birthday off from work and an extra day, so I planned a nice dinner out and a movie for just us. But I also planned a little gather with some close friends for the previous day, turned out he got pretty sick....for both days!!! But he wasn't to sick to play with his new Birthday present, "The Playstaion 3" (as you can see in his pictures)!!!

The Playstion 3!! We still had a good time regardless of the sickness!

This was Thanksgiving with some friends of ours, The Brantley's!! They were nice enough to invite us into their home to share a special holiday with them, they are awesome!!! The Brantley's consist of Bill, Rhonda, Michelle and Katie. And this was our wonderful Thanksgiving dinner!!

This was Jason and Kaite Girl battling it out on Rockband(which we had never played before and it's so fun!). She is the all time champ so of course Jason had to try and take his shot at winning her...but she is still the champ today!! Go Kate!!

These are Michelle's ducks that she raised and now live a few houses down in their subdivisions pond. And when you go outside their house and yell, "Ducky, ducky, ducky," they come running all the way up to their house across the street!! Crazy...huh!!! And we stopped on the way up to the Brantley's to feed the ducky's some cherrios(their fav)!!!

It's crazy cause they let you hold them, feed them, and pet them like no big deal!! They were super fun and so was our Thanksgiving! And I hope everyone else enjoyed their own Thanksgivings with their loved ones!!

Jason's vacation time is 9 days like normal except we usually go out of town on a big trip but we decided to stay here in Birmingham and gets some stuff done around our apartment and get him all rested up( we are going into his busy season for work). But while we were here in Birmingham we wanted to do a little something just to get out of the apartment for a long weekend. We drove about an hour away to a beautiful golf course in the middle of know where, it's called,"Farmlinks". It's 3500 acres of land with skeet shooting, they have long horned steer(which I am not quite sure what you do with them, but they were fun to look at!!! LOL!!)horseback riding, quail hunting(Dad it sounds like the ideal place for ya, you would love it!!)golfing and now they just added some lodging. They have a few cottages, cabins and one big lodge(which is a individual house they rent out with 8 bedrooms....crazy big huh!)on the property, which were amazingly beautiful and brand spankin' new. So here are some pictures of our little trip!

These are our good friends J.P. and Ashley Mendes, we invited them to come stay for a couple nights to hang out with us.

This was inside our cottage, it was the main area or common area, with four bedrooms.

One evening we had their executive chef come out to our cottage and cook us filet's and grouper, it was awesome...yummmmm!!!

At each house they have your own golf carts to drive around and most people use those instead of cars. At our place we had 4, that's one for each person......ohhhh and did I mention that they have head lights????? So yea, we all jumped on our own one night and played a little tag!! It was fun!

Ash and I decided one day to do our girlie stuff, you know just the deep hair conditioning, face masks, toe and finger nails and we even did the cucumbers(to bad we didn't get a pic of that tho..lol!). It's always fun to pamper yourself!!

Ohhhh and this is on a totally different note.....but Tink found a boyfriend who lives right above us named, Stimpy!!! He was a abused dog that just got rescued and his owner goes out of town often so we babysit a lot!!! She loves him, I think because he is so mild mannered(which is bizarre considering what he has been through) but he is an awesome dog and she's kind of a snob and doesn't like other dogs!! But they are just adorable together!

This was in Tulsa, OK at the Hard Rock Casino. We took a short little trip a couple weeks ago to meet up with some of our good friends, Roque and Christine....We love you guys!!!!

Cali Trip...

I just flew in from California yesterday evening, after being there for 2 weeks to help prepare for Denise's (my cousin) Wedding. It was a crazy busy couple of weeks...Denise kept us on our toes the whole time....J/K!! But I had a blast planning for the wedding and getting to spent some time with all the family, it was just to bad Jason had work and couldn't be there(but I told him next trip it won't be so easy to get out of LOL!!) It's always great to see all the family get together.

This is my parents down at Cedar Street(where they rent out apartments). We had fun spending the day swimming and barbecuing.

We took the kids to Knott's Berry Farm one day since Aaron my nephew had never been before. He thought it was pretty cool!! Aaron with his dad my brother Chris.

Six Flags

Jason had a few days off in a round this last week so we decided to have a short little getaway. We decided to drive 2 hours to Atlanta and hang out for a couple days and maybe do some shopping. We realized it had been a long time since we had gone to a theme park.....so Six Flags sounded fun and excited!!! It's been a few years since I been on those crazy roller coasters. It's funny how it really does make to feel like a little kid again. Like when you are so anxious to go on the rides that you have butterflies in your stomach.... I love it!! We had a great time...it definitely put smiles on our faces. It is nice to get some fun and crazy down time away together just the 2 of us.

and of course you have to get those yummy dippin' dots!!!! They are our favorites!!! yummm

Playing Catch up........

Okay....now I am having to play catch up since it has been so long since I last posted. To get everyone up to date, I am now officially a resident in Birmingham, Alabama(never thought I would say that) with my husband. I have been here just over a month now and love it purely because I get to see Jason every single day. Our house has not sold but, it is being leased out right now to an executive gentlemen and his family for 10 months and possibly longer than that. We are hoping to lease it until the housing market turns back around.
I am currently not working here but plan to get a job mid July, due to the fact that Denise's wedding is in July 18th and I am going to be there a couple weeks and of course just starting a new job and then asking for a ton of time off(probably not a good idea). So for the next few weeks I am going to get our place here situated and take a little time off to spend with Jason.
These are just some random pictures from the last couple months that I have missed....

This was most recently about 2 weeks ago in Destin Florida. What was suppose to be a little romantic get away turned out to be quite interesting. Jason's famous kidney stones showed up....again!! So we spent most of our small vac in the emergency room, but I have to say it was the nicest and cleanest I have ever been in!! lol!

While in Utah for Women's Conference I had the opportunity to see a girlfriend that I hadn't seen in years, Tara Seely (and here adorable babers)!!

This was in Utah at the Shelley's with my Cousin Denise in our favorite yellow sun room of the house we stayed in.

This is my prego cousin Danielle towards the tail end of a long day at Women's Conference!! She was tired and taking a nap in between the bleacher seats!!

Our girls trip consisted of Denise, Aunt Robin, Danielle, my mom, Liz and Myself. While we were in Utah we did some wedding shopping for Denise and this is her pleading to be able to spend a little more money on "The Dress"!!!

On our way back from Utah to Cali we made a pit stop at our good old vacation stop when we were all kids, Uncle Bert's in Hurricane, Utah!!

I was working that day and she brought this huge bouquet of balloons (1 with Happy Birthday Princess on it)into the restaurant and left them at my bar so all day long all my guests could know it's my birthday and to embarrass me horribly.....and it worked!!!

We are finally married...yeahhhh!!!! As of April 4th, we our now proud to say that we are legally married and a family now. The wedding was beautiful, right off the blue ocean and sandy beaches of Jamaica. I am still trying to gather all of my pictures together from the wedding and honeymoon, so for now I will just show you a few I already have.

Jamaica here we come...

It is 16 days and counting until the actually wedding day.....yeah!!! We are getting to Jamaica a couples days before the wedding to get a small fun vacation in with some good friends and family that are joying us. Then after the wedding we plan to have 4 or 5 days of our honeymoon together in Jamaica, just lounging on the beach in the sun....doesn't that sounds nice(and it's well needed for both of us)!! It's strange because everyone knows how long I have been waiting for this day to come and now I feel like all the wedding stuff isn't quite done..... so I am feeling a little rushed(would have never thought that to be possible). But it will all come together hopefully just as we planned and be wonderful!! The next you hear from me will most likely be after the wedding, I will post all our fun pictures immediately. We can't wait!!!!

"The Steak".....

For those of you who know Jason , this will come to you as no surprise and you know how much he loves his steak!! A couple nights ago he bought the biggest steak he has ever seen(he just couldn't help himself...he was like a little kid in a candy store begging me!!), he couldn't even eat it all in one sitting. He was so proud of it he asked me to put it on the blog so he could show it off.....and I do have to admit, it was pretty tasty!!

~Valentine's Day~

This year for Valentine's Day we decided to not really do anything since the wedding is coming up and we both had to worked all day and wouldn't see each other anyway. A couple days after Valentine's Day Jason came to Chattanooga to visit and I was feeling crafty, so I decided to make him a card. This was not just any card....it's a massive card(life size). I used a lot of my scrapbooking stuff and inside I decided to do something a little different, instead of writing every word I used some different candy bars.....such as: sugar daddy, payday, 100 grand, now & laters and a skor bar. Ended up Jason loved it just because it was something homemade, creative and from the heart, he said it was in his top 5 gifts from me ever!!!

Keith's visit to Birmingham

My younger brother Keith was here in Birmingham to visit us this past week. He actually just left us this morning. He's 19 years old and is planning on going on his mission in the next couple months so we were trying to get some quality time together before he left for 2 years. I had a good time, thanks for coming to visit Keith!!
We went downtown to the McWane Center one day for a little entertainment, they have lots of science experiments (just stuff to play with) and a dome Imax theater (it was awesome).

This was letting you experience what a tornado feels like. It blew wind something like 78 miles and hour inside there.
And this was a bead of nails Keith was laying on.
This was some sort of a pully kind of thing where you pulled your own weight,
and the boys didn't think I'd be strong enough to do it but....don't under estimate me...I am buff!! ha ha! I was pretty proud of myself!

We were bored one day and decided to invite one of Tinker's puppies Dakota over to play for entertainment. Isn't she just adorable!!

"The Circus"

I heard that the Ringling Brother Circus was in town and decided that we couldn't miss it. I had never been to a Circus before and figured what better time then now! I loved it....it makes you feel like a kid, and that's a great feeling. Of course Jason had been to many before but he still thoroughly enjoyed it as well. We are definitely little kids at heart! Jason's big kid grin!!!!

I have to say that the elephants were probably my very favorite part. It was so cute they would walk in line in a circle and hold each others tails. Fun, fun stuff!! Loved the Circus!

I thought I would give you a little update with our puppies. This is Dakota, one of Tinkerbell's puppies. Doesn't she look just like her momma?? Dakota lives right here in the same apartment complex with some friends of ours, so we get to have play dates all the time.

Christmas Morning...

The past 4 years for Christmas we has gone to Nashville, it has become a tradition. Everyone wears their Christmas P.J.'s all day long, we play lots of games and watch Christmas movies!! Jason and I can't be home with our families for the holiday so we have created a family away from home that we love. We go to "The Robert's House," who included: Jay, Stacy, Lilly is 7 and Gray is about 4. The kids sure do make a difference to have them around for Christmas, it really makes you remember what Christmas is all about.

This was the tree Christmas morning before anyone dove into the presents. We may have went a little overboard this year.

The puppies are now 7 weeks old and are finding new homes. It's a little sad to see them go, but I have 3 left still to keep me company for a while. Who knows maybe we will have to keep one!! For Christmas we are going to Nashville so I have puppy sitters right now, they think it's the funniest job ever! These are some of the last few pictures of the puppies!!

Just a little note to catch everyone one up on our lives. The wedding if you didn't already hear that the date has changed it has. Instead of a January wedding it has been moved to April 4th, do to not enough room available at the resort. As for our house, YES it is still on the market, but we do have some people really interested right now. I will be sure to keep you up dated on that. That leaves us with the puppies.....ohhh....how cute they are!!! They are 5 weeks today and growing as fast as Michael Phellps in a swimming pool. We have one officially sold and many calls and a couple planning visits to see them next week.(Sorry about the underline I have know idea where it came from or how to get rid of it!)

This is almost all of them (5) all just feed, plump and sleepy. It has become a daily routine after they eat to all cuddle up in my lap and sleep. It's pretty cute...huh!!!

Puppy update...

Well tomorrow the puppies will be 4 weeks old. It is so amazing how incredibly fast they grow, before I know it they will be gone! We are going to begin selling them at 7 weeks, so that means I ONLY have 3 more weeks with them. Ohh.....how sad it's going to be to part with them, I am already so attached I can't even imagine.

This is the first week they were born.
And now a comparison to today at almost 4 weeks and you can see for yourself, they have more than doubled in size.
This is my Jasper with a big weird head and I love him the most!!
This is 1st born "Bama," she is the dominate dog for sure, we love her chubb!!
This is "Dakota & Tide," they look the most like momma, Tinkerbell.

Life for us a little hecktic right now, just to fill you in. Jason is living in an apartment in Birmingham, Alabama(2 1/2 hours away) and has been for about a month and a half, he has a new store there. So our house in Chattanooga, Tennessee is on the market while I am working and staying there...by myself!!. Not the funniest thing but it's life, we are making it work! I visit often. So I decided to leave FAT Tinkerbell with him so he's not by himself and she's prego. Of course the wedding plans are still needing attention and I just took that trip to Boise to see the fam!!

Tinkerbell is the proud mommy of 6 puppies, two boys and four girls (cause girls are best!). It was interesting to say the least. On Sunday she started nesting(digging) really bad and panting lots(which mean it's in the next couple days or sooner) and I wasn't planning on coming to Birmingham until Monday morning. But I drove there later Sunday night to get everything ready just in case. On Tuesday I knew they were coming soon she just wasn't acting right so 2:30 am her water broke, first baby Bama(that's the only one we have named so far) came at about 6:30 am and about 20 minutes later a still born, then at 9:45 am after many hours of hard contractions we felt like something was wrong and took her to get a c-section. From then a couple hours later we had 5 more puppies which mean another still born. But the puppies we have our health, adorable and tiring. I get up every 2 hours to let them feed, I feel like I had my own baby(only because I am getting NO sleep, and we all know how much I like my sleep!!)

Tinkerbell was huge, I couldn't believe that she actually had 8 pups in there!! I had a nickname for her while she was pregro, fatty, fatty 2 bi-four(yes dad I am sure I spelled that wrong)!! hee hee
This was the first born "Bama." So far she's my favorite!

Trip to Boise

Things around here have been extremely crazy busy lately, sorry it's been so long since my last blog. But this one is a good one!! My sister -in-law Katrina (as you may know) recently had a baby girl Sophia "Marie". My mom and I both went to help out and spend quality time with the little ones while she recovered.

This first one is of Aaron in my Ugg boots he liked to wear around the house(Chris is going to be in trouble with that one, he already has expensive taste...huh!!).
This was our day at the Zoo with Aaron, Mom and I!! It was so amazingly beautiful with all the leaves changing colors we just couldn't help ourselves.

He sure did think that lion was pretty cool!!!

I could not believe how adorable baby Sophia was. I really got a understanding of what new mothers go through...wow...and the scary part is I still want one too!!!
Ohh...how big brother loved his little sister and to hold her all the time(until she cried of course, then he wanted nothing to do with her)!!

So my mom has a theme almost anytime she comes and this time it was "Dinosaurs" everything. She came up with this creative idea to do a big dinosaur dig( oh yes and I had to be the one to hide all 25 of them in the dirt, I think there is still 3 or 4 we never found...whoops!!). Aaron sure did enjoy that day tons!!

This boy sure does love to pose for pictures. Anytime I had the camera out or he saw me taking a picture of anyone else he had to have one also. And after he always wanted to see how they turned out. I couldn't stop myself from taking one of him in his cute little robe though!! I do have to admit I went a little camera happy, but they are so cute and I don't get to see them often enough. I sure had a great trip to Boise it was well worth it!! Thanks to Katrina for putting up with us(I am sure my mom and I are a little louder and out spoken then Katrina's use to around her house for a week plus)!!

The Alabama vs. Clemson game

This past weekend Jason and I went to Atlanta (it's about 2 hours away) for a football game. On Saturday Alabama played Clemson at the Georgia Dome, and Alabama whooped butt!! If you can't tell we are big Alabama fans. We decided to splurge and stay in "The Four Seasons hotel" and let me tell you what...it was worth every penny!! That hotel is amazingly beautiful! On Sunday before we drove home we got a couples massage and that was great. Needless to say after our massages we didn't feel like driving of course because we were so relaxed, but we had to get back to reality(and work)sometime.

They had these amazing real flowers in the lobby everyday that smelt wonderful, so of course I had to take a picture (Jason couldn't believe how many pictures I wanted to take). We had a wonderful time over the weekend just a nice little get away.

Finally we have decided on where and when to get married. It will be at the Sandals Resort in Negril, Jamaica on Sunday January 25th, 2009. We are really excited and a little overwhelmed with all the decisions and planning. Everyone told me it would be a lot of work but I figured not as much because of how small we are doing it, but apparently I was wrong (and I mean that's just never happened before!!! ha ha). We are trying to keep it as small and intimate as possible, just close friends and family. It will be an amazing time in our lives!!!

One of the first days I was there we all went to Danielle and Matt's apartment complex and went swimming. Of course all the girls had to get some sun, Katelyn, Danielle, Denise and I. Yes....we were bathing beauties!!!

This was the night before all the girls went wedding dress shopping, so we had a little slumber party at Robin's.
Doesn't Katelyn just pose so well for her photo's?? She reminds me of her mom. Ohh.... and yes we did find the perfect wedding dress i love, but of course I can't show you that.

This was about the cutest thing ever, Braden loves grandpa so much he was the only person he ran up. This was on Sunday all the family around came over to Pellegrino's for a little barbecue.

We were even graced with Kevin, Missa and Pat's presents. ha ha!! It was really great to see some of the family.

It's weird because always growing up everyone called Patrick, Keith and Kent, "the little boys!"
But look at them now they are not so little anymore, but yet we still catch ourselves calling them that.

So it is finally official. We went to Atlanta for a couple days and shopped around and found the perfect ring, at a little family jeweler called Da Vinci's. I love it!! I am so incredibly excited. Now all we have to do is decide where the lucky place to get married will be.

We went to Aruba for my best friend Tonja's wedding. It was amazing!! This is Jason and I, one evening when we went out to dinner. It was a really unique restaurant because it's out doors and the tables are on the sandy beach. Some of the tables are even in the water with the waves crashing on your feet. It had tiki torches and palm trees everywhere.

This is the natural pool that was on the other side of the island. It's right outside the ocean, kind of a small pool of ocean water and rocks separating the deep sea from it.

This is the last day of our trip in Aruba, were driving around the island in the jeeps and found a super cool small beach. It had a little restaurant on it. It was an awesome day...definately!

I just recently took a little trip to Nashville. I was visiting a good friend Megan, who just had a baby boy Jayden. He was only 12 days old at the time. He was the sweetest thing.
