  • I just recently took a little trip to Nashville. I was visiting a good friend Megan, who just had a baby boy Jayden. He was only 12 days old at the time. He was the sweetest thing.

Well Eric and I are really good. I am finishing up the year teaching 5th grade and Eric's D.J. business really picks up in the summer with all the weddings and parties. My 5th graders are crazy and everyday something new and unexpected happens. I luv them though. The hardest part is they are English learners aka (they all speak another language at home as their primary language)so they know more english than their parents. Parent conferences were very interesting :) ok well I better get going. It was great to hear from ya. My vote is a Hawaiian wedding. luv ya

Hey, Candace!!! It's Katie—yes, THE Katie Newbold!:) I haven't seen you in SO long. How are you?? I just saw that Danielle has your blog link on hers, so I got all excited. You are absolutely gorgeous and congrats on getting married! My blog is set to private, but if you want to get onto it, have Danielle email me your email address (or you can get mine from her). Tell your family hi and Chris, too. I tried to see his little family on their blog, but it was set on private, too. Talk to you later!
